Seam Reap is in interesting city with plenty to temples. We flew there from Hanoi and reached there early evening - it was extremely hot and humid as we headed to the hotel - we were staying at the Raffles - a beautiful property, old charm and luxury.the food in Seam Reap is very reasonable - we went to a local restaurant for dinner - it was called "Chanrey Tree" and located in the main shopping area walking distance to the hotel -http://chanreytreecoltd.com. It is quite safe to walk and if you are tired a Tuk Tuk only costs a few dollars for a ride. The food was amazing and the prices was great - it was $35 for 2 people with drinks. The next couple of days we toured all temples - with a car and a guide.Watching sunrise at Angor Wat is an experience not to be missed even though you have to start very early. all the the other temples are equally wonderful and words cannot describe it - the pictures speak for themselves.
